It is a firm created in 1980. Originally, its two main activities were auditing and accounting. Our goal: to build the future. Initially, it was about the future of the company, then we also worked on the future of our employees. Our purpose is to support clients in all stages of the development of their business.

The year 2022 for Compagnie Fiduciaire was marked by significant growth. What is your most dynamic activity?

In 2022, at constant scope, the growth of our activities is 10%. Among the most dynamic fields, we find our digital activities. In recent years, we have digitized our operations and have an offering of pure player 100% online. 6 years ago, we developed an in-house tool that allows our customers to work with our tools 24 hours a day, wherever they are in the world. We are in the top 3 digital firms in France. These tools also serve us in the more traditional approach to our profession which is approached from the phygital angle.

We have created an ecosystem around the sale and transfer of businesses which generates additional needs: audit, legal acts, etc. Today, we are capable of creating a global solution.

You place a lot of emphasis on quality of life at work (QVT), what do you actually offer?

It is part of the challenges of our profession to be attractive. Finance is one of the sectors that recruit the most today. Our employees have a lot of work and they are committed to QVT. If we are not careful about this, they will turn away from the business.

We work a lot in our world, it is important to find flexible rules so that this pace of work is bearable. We therefore worked on several projects:

  • The pace of work: our employees can work regularly, 4.5 days per week, or opt to alternate with a four-day week and a five-day week.
  • Remuneration: we have implemented profit-sharing, supplementary pensions for executives and access to company shareholders for managers who have more than 5 years of seniority in their position. The managers own 8% of the capital of Compagnie Fiduciaire.
  • Four years ago, we launched the FAR program, for Unite, Support to Succeed. The objective? Ensuring that there is a common success, for the Fiduciary Company, as for the person who works for us.
